Don’t Give Up The Ship This ship is sinking But this is not the end of the line I can’t tell you what the future holds I can’t tell if it will be all right Just hang on to the driftwood There’s help in sight There’s so much yet to live for If you make it through the night Hold on This is not the end Move on This is not the end This is not a wall It’s a door Move through it This is not the end This is not a wall It’s a door Move through it This is not the end This ship is sinking But there’s land in sight This ship is sinking But there’s land in sight Don’t give up the ship Don’t give up the ship Don’t give up the ship Don’t give up the ship

When Dreams Become Nightmares we sunk our roots into the soil and worked our fingers to the bone never doubting for a moment that this place would be our home for fourty years a blue collar slave and they took everything, everything he ever gave he was a husband, a faithful father, provider (just another faceless piece in the lifeless machine) he watched his dreams turned to cinders before his eyes two kids, a house, a loving wife a life of no regrets and it all came crashing down around him, brick by brick where do you turn when there is nothing left where do you turn when there all hope is gone NO HOPE just another victim of this nation of corporate greed the american dream is a lie the ones with the biggest and the best , in the end they still all die the american dream is a lie the system is crumbling from the inside refuse, resist fight with your mind and not with your fists wash away the years of lies, of guilt, of abject shame we will stand against tryanny, we must be the change
